How do credits work?

Credits are units used to power AI features:

  • Job Analysis: Consumes credits
  • Creating Tailored CV: Consumes credits
  • Creating Cover Letter: Consumes credits
  • Tailoring CV: Consumes credits

How do I get credits?

You can get credits from:

  • Free Plan: Limited credits monthly
  • Paid Plans: More credits monthly
  • Referral Program: Additional free credits when referring friends

When do credits renew?

Credits renew:

  • Monthly: On the same date each month
  • Upon Upgrade: Immediately upon upgrade
  • Upon Referral: Immediately upon successful referral

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you run out of credits:

  • A message will appear: "Insufficient Credits"
  • You can upgrade: To get more
  • Or wait for renewal: If it's close

How do I upgrade to a higher plan?

To upgrade your plan:

  1. From the Plans page
  2. Tap "Upgrade"
  3. Choose the new plan
  4. Complete payment

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. From the Plans page
  2. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation

Note: Subscription will continue until the end of the paid period.


How does the referral program work?

The referral program allows you to:

  • Share referral link or code: With friends
  • Get additional credits: Upon successful referral
  • Track referrals: Who used your link

How do I check my remaining credits?

You can check your credits from:

  • Credits Badge: In the navigation bar
  • Profile Page: With more details
  • Plans Page: With plan information
