The Tailored CV Panel applies job-specific customizations to your CV - improving match percentage with the job.

Function​

The Tailored CV Panel allows you to:

  • Apply tailoring: Apply job-specific customizations
  • Improve summary: By rephrasing with keywords
  • Reorder skills: Putting most relevant first
  • Enhance experience: Emphasizing relevant achievements

How to Use​

From Chat Workspace​

  1. After analyzing a job: In Chat Workspace
  2. Tap "Generate Tailored CV": or "Generate Tailored CV"
  3. Assistant will start: Tailoring your CV
  4. Panel will open: With suggested changes

From Editor​

  1. From CV editor: Look for "Tailored CV"
  2. Tap "Apply Tailoring": If there's a linked job
  3. Review changes: Suggested
  4. Save or reject: As appropriate

What Happens During Tailoring​

1. Summary Improvement​

  • Rephrasing: With keywords from the job
  • Emphasizing match: Highlighting matching points
  • Improving wording: To make it more attractive

2. Skill Reordering​

  • Most relevant skills first: Order by importance for the job
  • Highlight required skills: Emphasize required skills
  • Hide irrelevant skills: Reduce focus on them

3. Experience Enhancement​

  • Emphasize relevant achievements: Highlight matching achievements
  • Rephrase description: With keywords from the job
  • Improve wording: To make it more attractive

4. Match Percentage Calculation​

  • Before tailoring: Initial match percentage
  • After tailoring: Improved match percentage
